Covering different areas of the game each week, you will develop in skills and shooting

Work on the way you move and develop your quickness for increased on court performance

Elite Masterclass is our High Intensity Shooting and Skills sessions. This is invite only!

Getting range on your shot and improving your consistency too. This session will be high reps from 3

1.5hrs of scrimmages and games. These will be varied from 1v1 up to 5v5 depending on numbers & skill

Working through your skills, shooting and building your game IQ. Have fun, learn and scrimmage.

You can stay the entire time slot allocated. Shared space with other casual shooters. This is 1hr

Use our mobile Normatec Compressions and Hyperice Massage gun for a 30min session

Get up to 18 shots a minute, increase your reps, decrease wasted time rebounding.

60min session and usage of a full court (no one else can access your court during your time)
