OUR PROGRAMS

At Fortitude Training Academy, we aim to provide a range of basketball programs to suit your schedule and your needs. 
 

Below you can find all of our available services, from online mentoring to face-to-face training sessions in the Redland City areas with additional sessions at the Gold Coast and online. 

Elite Mentoring Program

This program is for ANYONE from ANYWHERE! As long as your goals are to pursue basketball whether it be Rep, State, College or Professional, this program is here to HELP you achieve your basketball dreams.

Guided and mentored by Cassie Dover, you will be provided with support along with video analysis, goal setting, 50% off On-Court Group sessions, FREE access to the online training programs, personalized feedback and mentoring, guidance and guest speakers... you also get discounted Dunk & Girls Get Gains programs, off court information and guidance on nutrition and recovery and plenty more.

 

Iso-Ball Program

Get access to two 20-30min workouts a week designed to not only assist with your basketball development, but also to help with your physical development.
Get direct feedback from coaches on your technique, drill execution and other questions you may have about your training (all included in your fees).
New workouts put up on a weekly basis for your to progress through your overall basketball and physical development.

Girls Got Game + Dunk Program

Working on your skills and shooting is key to being a great basketball player, but working on your physical strength and speed is vital be being a GREAT athlete.

Previous results saw a whopping 12cm gain in just one month (8 sessions).

Individual Sessions

Ranging from 30 minute to 90 minute sessions, these are based on individual goals and development. Individuals are pushed to their limits and can cover ALL areas of basketball depending on their goals for the session.

Holiday Camps

Each School Holidays, we hold a Holiday Camp, sometimes more than one day. This is great value for money and the camps have key focuses so you know what you are working on for the day. Lots of drills, skills and shooting will improve your overall game.

Young Guns Sessions

These sessions are open for your early learning centres only. They are 30 minutes long and range from 3-6yrs children. These sessions provide children with increasing self-confidence, team work, hand-eye coordination and overall physical development in their early years.

Skills Sessions

This is a 60 minute session based at Nerang PCYC for their outside of school activities each Tuesday of the school term. Fortitude coaches and players run these sessions and are for beginners of the game in primary school years.

3x3 Open Scrimmages

This is a 3 on 3 session that runs for an afternoon. Basketball around the world is expanding with the increase of 3 on 3 competitions and our tournament is run under FIBA rules, music pumped up loud and a day of basketball fun. 

Vacation Care Program

We offer 90 minute group sessions for your Vacation Care service. Based on numbers, we can provide two separate sessions to cater for high numbers. We cover basic to hard skills, incorporate lots of fun games. We will provide all equipment, public liability and risk assessments for our sessions.

 

There is no limit to how much basketball fun we can bring to your Vacation Care Program.

After School Programs

We offer term by term, weekly or one-off sessions for your school as soon as school is out. 

High School programs will be based on your Basketball Excellence Program needs - from team based sessions working on structures and defensive principles, to assisting with individual skills and shooting form. (You can allocate time required).

Primary School sessions are 60 minutes long and range from basic to hard. These sessions provide children with increasing self-confidence, team work, hand-eye coordination and overall physical development.

Shooting Testing Session

This is a 45 minute individual session to test where you are currently at with your shooting. Each 3-6 months we retest and you can see your improvements and progress from a range of scoring positions. 

Goal Setting Session

This is a 45 minute session where you sit down to set your basketball goals. You will be given a clear insight on the steps required and the paths you can take to pursue and achieve your basketball dreams. 

Recovery Massages

We offer 60 minute mobile massages for sports recovery. It is vital that your body gets the rest and recovery it needs in order to perform at your optimum. We offer the use of essential oils which have many benefits such as pain relief, boost energy levels, strengthen the immune system and much more.
